Ms. Beirne said that the vote is in favor of no restrictions regarding the time of deliveries or the size of the delivery truck. Chairwoman Gabry stated that she is in favor of the application but is less than impressed with some of the witnesses. Chairwoman Gabry asked for a motion from the Board. Ms Weiss made a motion to approve Zoning Board application ZB-13-03 with conditions suggested by Mr. Buechier; Mr. Bullock seconded the motion.
