Police Department to Morphotrak Safran Group, 1250 No. Tustin Ave., Anaheim, CA 92807 Under New Jersey State Term Contract #G9002, A81520 in the Amount of $43,620.00 Resolution #206-13 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 to Scalora Brothers, Inc., 382 Lackawanna Place, South Orange, NJ 07079 in the Amount of $25,000 for Additional Work Associated with the Ridgeway Park Site and Landscaping Improvements and the Extension of the Project Completion Date from 120 Days to 150 Days or December 15, 2013. Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2388-13 On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Guarino, AN ORDINANCE CREATING CHAPTER 14 SECTION 19 OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, ENTITLED “OWNER RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTAL PROPERTIES”, was taken up on second and final reading. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. Ordinance #2389-13 On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Guarino, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND REPLACING CHAPTER II, SECTION 2-47.1, et seq., OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE ENTITLED “ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION”, was taken up on second and final reading.
