5 Resolution #205-13 Resolution Authorizing Additional Funding for the 2010 Improvements, Phase IIA, Various Streets, in the Amount of $266,000 with D.L.S. Contracting Inc. Deputy Director Leonard Lepore commented on the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Councilman Cirilo was not present at the time of voting. Resolution #207-13 Resolution 207-13 was approved on Consent Agenda. However, the Council recognized that it was to be discussed in executive session. Therefore, Council President made a motion to remove resolution 207- 13 from the consent agenda and it was seconded by Councilman Krakoviak. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Councilwoman Spango was not present at the time of voting. After the executive session was held, and following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, Resolution 207-13 Authorizing the Execution of Settlement Agreement with City of New York, Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, Resolving Dispute Over Authorization to Operate Emergency Radio Frequencies was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Resolution #208-13 Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Escrow Agreement with Valley Road Residential LLC William Sullivan, Esq. of Scarinci Hollenbeck, commented on the above resolution and responded to question from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”.
