5 Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. Ordinances on First Reading - None Resolution #217-13 Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Emergency Communication Network, 9 Sunshine Boulevard, Ormond Beach, Florida for a Reverse 911 Emergency Communication Network at a Cost of $16,000 Per Annum Following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #238-13 Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Contract with the Real Estate & Planning Firm of Phillips, Preiss, Grygiel, LLC, Hoboken, NJ to Provide Planning Director Services to the Township Following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, at 8:05 p.m., the meeting was recessed to the January 14, 2014 Council Meeting.
