Ms. Beirne stated that Mr. Buechler and Chairwoman Gabry submitted their comments to her for this resolution and that she accepted them. Chairwoman Gabry asked for a motion to adopt the resolution with said revisions. Mr. Sussman made a motion to adopt and Mr. Steinhart seconded the motion.
