Nancy Warshowsky approached the podium and stated that she lives at 40 Dogwood Road and asked Mr. Szalay if they will be renting the proposed space for retail; he replied no. There were no further questions for Mr. Szalay. Mr. Neuer suggested to Mr. Sullivan that they re-think hiring a traffic engineer. Chairwoman Gabry stated that this application will be carried to the July 17, 2014 regular Zoning Board meeting and that no further notice will be necessary. Chairwoman Gabry advised Mr. Sullivan to have all revised plans submit ¢ Zoning Board Secretary at least ten (10) days before that meeting. Chairwoman Gabry adjourned the meeting at 10:53 pm.
