3 Resolution Authorizing Participation in the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission lease/purchase program with First Hope Bank for the amount of $90,923.50 Resolution #156-14 Resolution Authorizing Participation in the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission lease/purchase program with First Hope Bank for the amount of $77,881.50 Resolution #157-14 Resolution to Authorize Abandoned Car Sale at Twin Towing and Select Towing on August 26, 2014 Resolution #158-14 Resolution to Purchase Four (4) 2014 Police Interceptor Vehicles through the Morris County Cooperative Pricing Council Resolution #159-14 Resolution to purchase Three (3) Ford F-450 Vehicles through State of New Jersey Contract #A83560 Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2413-14 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, AN ORDINANCE CREATING A RECLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE OF CERTAIN TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES SETTING FORTH THEIR TITLES, CLASSIFICATION AND SALARY RANGES AND ADOPTING A SALARY GUIDE AND ESTABLISHING THE EMPLOYEE’S STATUS AS A TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEE AND UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE NJ DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL-CHANGES PER ADOPTION OF 2014 BUDGET/TITLE CONSOLIDATIONS-HEALTH DEPARTMENT, were taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this was the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Council President McCartney the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. All members voting “Aye”. Ordinance #2414-14
