7 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 9, 2014. All members voting “Aye”. Ordinance #2422-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-12, PARKING PROHIBITED FOR STREET CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE, SUBSECTION 7-13, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS AND SUBSECTION 7-14.1c NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN STREETS OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE – ROLLINSON STREET, was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 9, 2014. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #141-14 Resolution Authorizing the Adoption of the 2014 Essex County Multi-Jurisdictional All-Hazards Mitigation Plan Update Fire Chief Peter Smeraldo commented on the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak abstained on the above resolution. Resolution #150-14 Resolution Authorizing an Eighth Extension of TB Consultation Services Agreement to Meet State Mandated Services with the New Jersey Medical School Global Tuberculosis Institute at Rutgers for the period between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 at the Annual Rate of $4,752.00 Following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
