10 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the Council adjourned as the ABC Board and returned as the Township Council. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the meeting was adjourned at 10:53 P.M. All members voting “Aye”.
