Resolutions The following resolutions were adopted: Resolution #205-14 Resolution Authorizing a Helicopter Permit for Rock Spring Country Club – Arrival of Santa Claus Resolution #206-14 Resolution Authorizing Raffle Licenses Resolution #207-14 Resolution Authorizing a Discharge of Mortgage for Property at 45 Lowell Avenue, Block 44.02, Lot 18 Resolution #208-14 Resolution of the Township of West Orange Resolution #209-14 Resolution Authorizing a Discharge of Mortgage for Property at 17 Aspen Road, Block 164.07, Lot 11 Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2429-14 On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-12, PARKING PROHIBITED FOR STREET CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SUBSECTION 7-14.1c, NIGHT PARKING RESTRICTED ON CERTAIN STREETS AND SUBSECTION 7-14.7, ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE – CARY STREET, was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this was the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only.
