Resolution #210-14 Resolution to Authorize the Purchase of One 2015 GMC Yukon in the Amount of $51,123.00 through Essex County Cooperative Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak and Councilwoman Spango voting “Aye”. Council President McCartney voting “Nay”. The Minutes are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
