ZB-14-14/Carter Approved 2/19/15 Block: 96; Lot: 3; Zone: R-1 34 Oak Bend Road Two “C” variances for the rear yard setback and impervious coverage for the Construction of an in-ground swimming pool, patio and pergola. Chairman Buechler stated that Vice Chairman Neuer submitted comments to Ms. Beirne for this resolution. Ms. Beirne stated that she approved those comments and they were incorporated into the resolution. Chairman Buechler asked if any other Board Member had any comments; seeing none Chairman Buechler asked for a motion to adopt the resolution. Mr. Sussman made a motion to adopt the resolution with said revisions; Vice Chairman Neuer seconded the motion to adopt. Mr. Meese detailed the application stating that the applicant received temporary approval from this Board in 2012 for a wireless facility and they are requesting a six month extension.
