Michaels & Company, Inc. who assisted Township employees with gaining access to an abandoned property at 293 St. Cloud Avenue. The cost includes the boarding up of a window and door, and supplying and installing a new lock for the front door at the Property. d. 35-12 Resolution Authorizing the Township to dispose of personal property by receiving bids for such property.
