Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Guarino voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Councilwoman Spango recused herself from the above referenced resolution. Ordinances on Second and Final Reading-None Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance 2454-15 ORDINANCE VACATING DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC STREET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40:67-18, and AUTHORIZING INITIATION OF PRIVATE SALE OF REAL PROPERTY PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13(b)(5) was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on June 23, 2015. Ordinance 2455-15 AN ORDINANCE CREATING A RECLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE OF CERTAIN TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE EMPLOYEES SETTING FORTH THEIR TITLES, CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES AND ADOPTING A SALARY GUIDE AND ESTABLISHING THE EMPLOYEE’S STATUS AS A TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEE
