1 Public Meeting – October 13, 2015 The Township Council of the Township of West Orange met in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, and 66 Main Street, West Orange, New Jersey at 7:00 p.m. Karen J. Carnevale, Municipal Clerk, read the following statement: This is to inform the general public that this meeting is being held in compliance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Public Law, 1975. A notice of this meeting was mailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on December 1, 2014. A Summary of the Bill List is attached. *Resolution(s) adopted on Consent Agenda: a. 244-15 Resolution Appointing Leonard R. Lepore and James A. Williams as the Township of West Orange Community Development representatives to the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development for the year 2016. (Planning-Carlucci) b. 245-15 Resolution Extending Concession Stand Agreement with TM Foods for 2016 Term (Legal- Duffy) On May 26, 2015, the Township Council authorized the execution of an agreement between the Township and TM Foods (“TM”), pursuant to which TM paid the Township $8,388.06 for the right
