All members voting “Aye.” Ordinance(s) on First Reading a. 2473-16 An Ordinances Amending Chapter 12, Sections 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5, 8.6, 8.7, 8.14, and 8.16 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange - (Tobacco Product Vending Machines) (Legal-Moon) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above mentioned amended ordinance was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 9, 2016. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Cirilo voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” b. 2474-16 Bond Ordinance Authorizing Parking Improvements at Gregory School in and for the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, Appropriating $375,000 Therefore and Authorizing the Issuance of $357,140 Bonds or Notes to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof (Draikewicz) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above mentioned amended ordinance was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 9, 2016. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Cirilo voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” c, 2475-16 Bond Ordinance Authorizing Various Capital Improvements in and for the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey Appropriating $7,378,635 Therefore and Authorizing the Issuance of $7,027,266 Bonds or Notes to Finance Part of Cost Thereof (Draikewicz) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned amended ordinance was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 9, 2016.
