4 Resolution(s) Removed from Consent Agenda Prior to adopting resolutions 71-16 and 72-16, Jennifer Credidio, Esq., McManimon, Scotland and Baumann, was asked to give a detailed explanation of each of the resolutions. Resolution 71-16 k. Resolution of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey Authorizing the Termination and Discharge of Certain Recorded Documents Relating to Block 66, Lots 1, 5 and 7 Within the Downtown Redevelopment Area, Commonly Known as the Edison Battery Site At this time, Council President Cirilo allowed a brief question and answer period for the public’s understanding of the resolutions. Jennifer Credidio, Esq., McManimon, Scotland and Baumann addressed questions from the following residents: Mark Meyerowitz – 19 Howell Drive Kevin Malanga – Ridge Road Rosary Morelli – Ralph Road Mariel Clemenson – 4 Cherrywood Circle There was no one else who wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilman Guarino and Council President Cirilo voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 72-16 l.
