1 Conference Meeting – March 8, 2016 The Township Council of the Township of West Orange met in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, and 66 Main Street, West Orange, New Jersey at 6:38 p.m. Karen J. Carnevale, Municipal Clerk, read the following statement: This is to inform the general public that this meeting is being held in compliance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Public Law, 1975. A notice of this meeting was emailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on October 14, 2015. Roll Call: Present: Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Cirilo A proclamation from the Mayor was presented to Ira Levey on behalf of MS Awareness Week, March 7-13, 2016. LaChell Miller, Registered Dietician, Shop Rite, West Orange, accepted two proclamations from the Mayor on behalf of National Nutrition Month, March 2016 and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day, March 9, 2016. The West Orange Library Director Dave Cubie presented an update to the Council of the Library’s activities.
