Steck. DISCUSSION Mr. Howard Davis, Attorney for the applicant, approached the podium and explained the applicant is seeking a use variance. Chairman Neuer asked if Mr. Davis was past the fact that this is not a hospital and Mr. Davis replied yes but he was just accepting it and not agreeing to it. Mr. Davis called his first witness, Dr. Doris Cappiello. Dr. Cappiello approached the podium and sworn in.
