He noted, for the record, and addressed the general public stating that the applicant was not there. He stated that the applicant was well aware of the hearing date and what was required to be done and has not responded. Chairman Buechler recommended that they move to deny this application without prejudice. Ms. Beime stated that the applicant also failed to re-notice. Chairman Buechler stated that they do not want to encourage any applicant to do this because they could have moved another applicant forward.
