3 Montclair Tree Experts, Inc. in removing six (6) ash trees that the Township Forester deemed hazardous and were not removed by the property owner. The cost to remove the trees was $5,800.00. h. 113-16 Resolution Authorizing Comprehensive Review and Overhaul of Township's Employee Handbook (Legal Moon) This resolution authorizes the Township to instruct Labor Counsel, Fox Rothschild, LLP to commence a comprehensive review and update of the Township’s Employee Manual. All members present voting “Aye”.
