On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Sections 8.1 and 8.3 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Food Truck Licensing) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 24, 2016. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2483-16 On motion made by Council President Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 4, Section 4.2 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 24, 2016. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2484-16 b. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10, Sections 15.1 and 15.9 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Correction to Ordinance Permitting the Managed Care of Feral Cats) was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 24, 2016. All members present voting “Aye.” At 9:00 p.m., on motion made by Council President Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council meeting was adjourned. All members present voting “Aye”.
