Show all pagesChairman Neuer asked Mr. Ben Zvi to approach the podium and continue his questioning. Mr. Ben Zvi asked Ms. Piacenza if she was creating her own hardship. Ms. Moore objected to that question and said that the Planner will answer that when he testifies. Mr. Ben Zvi asked Ms. Piacenza if her property taxes were paid up to date. Ms. Moore objected to that question. She stated that a letter from the tax collector’s office was submitted with the application verifying that the property taxes were up to date and the application was deemed complete. There were no further questions for Ms. Piacenza. Ms. Moore called her next witness. Giuseppe Barberio approached the podium and was sworn under oath. Mr. Barberio detailed his educational and professional background as a licensed architect in the State of New Jersey. Chairman Neuer accepted Mr. Barberio as an expert in architecture. Mr. Barberio presented drawing A-1 of the proposed floor plans with revision date of December 16, 2016 that was marked as Exhibit A-2 for identification. Mr. Barberio stated that he did not sign and seal the plans; he said he is an associate of the firm and he drafted the floor plans. Mr. Barberio referred to Exhibit A-2 and detailed the plans and how he calculated the dimensions of all of the usable areas; he said that the plans will remain as is. Mr. Keller stated that as per his review letter dated November 12, 2016, he recommends that there are no more than twenty (20) children attending the day care even if the state stipulates that they can have more than twenty (20). 13
