Ms. Moore stated that they will agree to the state requirements. There were no further questions from the Board Members or the Board Professionals for Mr. Barberio. Chairman Neuer asked if any members of the public had any questions for Mr. Barberio. Joseph Randazzo approached the podium and stated that he lives at 34 Manger Road. He asked Mr. Barberio how far below grade the front wall closest to the street is. Ms. Moore stated that Mr. Barberio only testified to the interior layout of the property. Mr. Randazzo asked Mr. Barberio what the ceiling height is; he said the lowest point of the ceiling is 7” and the highest point is 776”. Mr. Randazzo asked Mr. Barberio if that was considered livable area; he said it is occupiable and habitable area according building code IBC 2015. Mr. Randazzo asked Mr. Barberio if there is adequate ventilation; he replied yes. Mr. Barberio said they have not yet finalized the design for the HVAC system; he said when they do the design work it will have to be inspected by the state for day care use. Ms. Moore stated that they are proposing a sprinkler system throughout the house. There were no further questions for Mr. Barberio. Ms. Moore called her next witness.
