ANNOUN Future Meetings: March 16, 2017 (regular meeting) April 20, 2017 (regular meeting) May 18, 2017 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer announced that applicants for ZB-16-14/Sumrak and ZB-16-17/New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T), that were scheduled to be heard at this meeting, have requested to be carried over to the next Zoning Board meeting to be held on March 16, 2017. Chairman Neuer stated that no further notices will be required for these applications. MINUTES January 19, 2017 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer stated that the draft minutes from the January 19, 2017 were circulated to all of the Board Members. Chairman Neuer said that he submitted his comments for these minutes and asked if any Board Member had any additional comments to the January 19, 2017; there were none. Chairman Neuer asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2017 meeting Ms. Gabry made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 19, 2017 meeting and Mr. Sussman seconded the motion. All were in favor. It was noted for the record that Mr. Buechler and Mr. Sanders were present at this meeting but did not vote on these minutes. SWEARING IN Liz Lenehy, acting planner for the Township and Eric Keller, consulting engineer for the Township were sworn under oath.
