The Council responded at this time. *Review of Consent Agenda *Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting The Public meeting minutes of February 21, 2017 were approved as submitted. *Resolution(s) adopted on Consent Agenda: a. 67-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Execute a Hold Harmless Agreement with Vietnam and All Veterans of Brevard, Inc. (Legal-Moon) The vendor will provide a 3/5 replica of the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial from June 30, 2017 through July 5, 2017. In order to comply with the insurance requirements for the event, the Township’s insurance broker requested that a separate hold harmless agreement be drafted and executed consistent with the hold harmless and indemnification provisions of the original agreement with the vendor. b. 68-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Accept Grant Funding from the Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (Legal-Moon) This Resolution authorizes the Township to accept grant funding from the Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund to be used for conducting a preliminary assessment and site investigation on the property located at 18 Central Avenue within the Central Valley Redevelopment and it also authorizes the Mayor to execute the Grant Agreement with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority from whom the funds originate. c. 69-17 Resolution Authorizing the Execution of an Agreement for the Use of the National Guard Armory for West Orange Fire Department Training (Legal-Moon) (Memorialized) d. 70-17 Resolution Authorizing a Discharge of Mortgage for Property at 178 Mt.
