ANNOUNCEMENTS Future Meetings: April 20, 2017 (regular meeting) May 18, 2017 (regular meeting) June 15, 2017 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer announced that the applicant for application ZB-16-17/New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) that was scheduled to be heard at this meeting has requested to be carried over to the next Zoning Board meeting to be held on April 20, 2017; the request was granted and no further notice will be required. ANNUAL REPORT Adopt: Zoning Board of Adjustment Annual Report — 2016 Chairman Neuer asked for a motion to adopt the Zoning Board of Adjustment’s 2016 Annual Report Vice Chairman Buechler made a motion to adopt the Zoning Board of Adjustment 2016 Annual Report; Chairman Neuer seconded the motion and all were in favor. MINUTES February 16, 2017 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer stated that the draft minutes from the February 16, 2017 were circulated to all of the Board Members. Chairman Neuer said that he submitted his comments for these minutes and asked if any Board Member had any additional comments; there were none. Chairman Neuer made a motion to approve the minutes of the February 16, 2017 meeting; Mr. Sussman seconded the motion and all were in favor. It was noted for the record that Mr. Schwarzbaum and Mr. Steinhart were not present at the February 16" meeting and did not vote on these minutes.
