ZB-16-14/Sumrak Approved on 3/16/17 Block: 159.09; Lot: 33.03; Zone: OB-1 421 Northfield Avenue “c” variance to install a 6” privacy fence Chairman Neuer stated that this resolution was circulated to all of the Board Members and asked if any Board Member had any comments; there were none. Chairman Neuer made a motion to adopt the resolution as submitted and Mr. Steinhart seconded the motion.
