5 At 8:43 p.m., the Council returned from Executive Session. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the meeting was adjourned. All members present voting “Aye”. ABC Hearing On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the Council reconvened as the ABC Board to hear the following matters: Resolution 580-17 a. Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2017-2018 License Term On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 581-17 b. 581-17 Hearing on Renewal for 2016-2017 License Term-Las Palmeras – 0722-33-045- 005 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the resolution was approved.
