5 Resolution 182-17 Resolution Approving the Application by GP Babcock Urban Renewal, LLC Submitted in Accordance with N.J.S.A 40A:20-8 in Connection with a Portion of the Downtown Redevelopment Area on Babcock Place and Lakeside Avenue (Phase 2A-Block 116.02, Lot 12 and a Portion of Block 115, Lot 15) (Legal – Credidio) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 187-17 187-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township of West Orange to Enter into Tax Appeal Settlements with GP 217, GP 55 and GP 177 Concerning Block 116.02, Lot 1.01; Block 115, Lot 15 and Block 66, Lot 1 (Legal-Trenk) Chuck Blau, Special Tax Counsel and Mark Hendricks Tax Appeal Expert answered questions regarding this resolution. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Resolution 191-17 Resolution Authorizing the Township to Enter into a Term Sheet and Confidentiality Agreement with the Police & Sheriffs Press, Inc (PASP) Service Bureau Contract (Legal-Roglieri) PASP will provide the Township with the identification cards for individuals who request one under the Township’s Identification Card Program, set forth above. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2517-17 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Sections 30.1 and 30.2 and Repealing Chapter 5, Sections 30.3, 30.4, 30.5, 30.6, 30.7, 30.8, 30.9, 30.10, 20.11, 30,12, 30.13, 30.14 and 30.15 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Licensing of Taxicabs) (Legal-Moon) was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.”
