6 The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance 2518-17 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Authorizing a Financial Agreement with GP Ashland Urban Renewal, LLC for Certain Property Within the Downtown Redevelopment Area Commonly Known as 4, 12-16, 18, 20 and 24 Ashland and 28 and 42-44 Lakeside Avenue was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 19, 2017. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinance 2519-17 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Authorizing a Financial Agreement with GP 55 Lakeside Urban Renewal, LLC for Certain Property Within the Downtown Redevelopment Area Commonly Known as 1 Lakeside Avenue, 25 Lakeside Avenue and a Portion of 55 Lakeside Avenue was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on September 19, 2017.
