7 All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council reconvened as the ABC Board to hear the following matters: Resolution 586-17 Hearing on Renewal for 2017-2018 License Term- Harrison Avenue Tavern 0722-33-058-006 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 587-17 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2017-2018 License Term (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 588-17 Hearing on Person to Person Transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License 0722-33-050-008 from Swanyard Inns, LLC to Bliss Hospitality, LLC, 104 Harrison Avenue On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At 12:20 a.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the meeting was adjourned.
