Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 206-17 Resolution Authorizing a Financial Agreement with GP Ashland Housing, LLC Pursuant to the HMFA Law (Legal-Credidio) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above- mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 207-17 Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of One or More Series of Non-Recourse Redevelopment Area Bonds of the Township of West Orange in an Aggregate Principal Amount Not to Exceed $21,000,000 (Township of West Orange Downtown Area Redevelopment Project) (Legal-Credidio) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above- mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Resolution 208-17 Resolution authorizes the Township to execute the Sale Agreement for the purchase of the property located at 665 Eagle Rock Avenue which the Township intends to convert to public parking for shoppers and commuters. Pursuant to the Sale Agreement the purchase price for the Property is $400,000. (Legal- Moon) On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above mentioned resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.”
