5 The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. Kevin Malanga – 57 Ridge Road On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded Councilwoman McCartney, the above-mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and was ordered advertised according to law. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinance 2519-17 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Authorizing a Financial Agreement with GP 55 Lakeside Urban Renewal, LLC for Certain Property Within the Downtown Redevelopment Area Commonly Known as 1 Lakeside Avenue, 25 Lakeside Avenue and a Portion of 55 Lakeside Avenue was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded Councilwoman Casalino, the above mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and was ordered advertised according to law. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded Councilman Guarino, the above-mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and was ordered advertised according to law.
