6 Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinance 2522-17 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Section 14.2 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange (Police Department) was taken up on second and final reading. This Ordinance updates the table of organization for the Police Department to increase the maximum number of Captains for the Department from 4 to 5. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded Councilman Guarino, the above-mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and was ordered advertised according to law.
