Show all pages7 the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange – Handicapped Space – 72 Park Terrace was taken up on second and final reading. All members present voting “Aye.” The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. No one wished to be heard. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded Councilwoman McCartney, the above-mentioned ordinance passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Krakoviak voting “Aye.” Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance 2525-17 On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 4, Sections 37.1 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange Repossession Activity was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on October 3, 2017. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2526-17 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, Bond Ordinance Providing for the Acquisition of Real Property and its Development as a Parking Lot in and by the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, New Jersey, Appropriating $575,000 therefore and Authorizing theIissuance of $547,500 Bonds or Notes of the Township to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on October 3, 2017. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilman Guarino and Councilwoman McCartney voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinance 2527-17 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-18, One Way Streets, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on October 3, 2017. All members present voting “Aye.”
