Resolutions a. 92-11 Resolution to Read the 2011 Municipal Budget by Title b. 93-11 Resolution Authorizing Raffle Licenses c. 94-11 Resolution to Acquire (5) 2010 Marker Ford Crown Victoria Police Vehicles Through Cranford Cooperative Lease/Purchase Program Contract #101 This resolution allows the Township to purchase five new police vehicles through a municipal cooperative purchasing agreement at a discounted rate. The vehicles will be financed through a 36 month term with an annual percentage rate of 5.40%. At the end of the lease, the township will own the vehicles. The total amount to be financed is $208,530.36. Funds have been appropriated through the Department of Public Works 2011 operating budget. d. 95-11 Award of Bid for Athletic Equipment & Clothing to Mike Shannon Sports This resolution will award a contract to purchase sports equipment and apparel for various athletic programs operated by the West Orange Recreation Department. This contract shall be awarded for a period NTE 24 months. The annual cost of such purchases could exceed the Townships bid threshold of $36,000. Funding is from monies collected from these various programs and funds available in the Recreation 2011 operating budget. TABLEDe. 96-11 Award of Bid on State Contract T-1316 with NACR, Inc., 246 Industrical West, Eatontown, NJ 07724 in the Amount of $235,881.26 for the Purchase and Installation of Telecommunication Equipment Upgrade This resolution will award a contract to upgrade the Township’s telecommunications equipment with installation. This will not only provide a scalable platform for the Township’s future needs regarding communication, but will also be a current cost benefit. f. 97-11 Resolution Authorizing the Award of Contract to TRC Environmental Corporation, 57 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ to Provide Environmental Consulting Services for 22-24 Central Avenue, West Orange for an Amount NTE $40,910. g. 98-11 Resolution – Emergency Temporary Appropriations-2011 h. 99-11 Resolution Authorizing a Subordination of Mortgage for 162 Maple Street, West Orange, NJ Lot 12, Block 145 i. 100-11 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 with Automatic Door Systems, 84 Porete Avenue, North Arlington, N.J. 07031, in the Amount of $5,000.00 an Increase of 4.5 percent of the Original Contract Amount of $114,800.00for Construction
