ANNOUNCEME, Future Meetings: February 15, 2018 (regular meeting) March 15, 2018 (regular meeting) April 19, 2018 (regular meeting) RE-ORGANIZATION Chairman Neuer stated that the Board will have their annual reorganization at this meeting. Chairman Neuer asked for a nomination for Zoning Board Chair. Mr. Steinhart nominated Mr. Buechler for Chairman; there were no other nominations for Chairman. All were in favor; none were opposed. Mr. Sussman nominated Mr. Neuer for Vice Chairman; there were no other nominations for Vice Chairman. All were in favor; none were opposed. Vice Chairman Neuer nominated Ms. DeSena for Zoning Board Secretary; All were in favor; none were opposed. Vice Chairman Neuer nominated Ms. Beirne for Zoning Board Attorney. All were in favor; none were opposed. MINUTES December 21, 2017 (regular meeting) Chairman Neuer stated that the draft minutes from the December 21, 2017 regular meeting were circulated to all of the Board Members.
