4 This resolution would authorize the execution of a professional services agreement with Wayne DeFeo, whereby Mr. DeFeo would serve as the Township’s Environmental Compliance Officer for the calendar year 2018 at the rates specified in the agreement. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Council President McCartney voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinance(s) on Second and Final Reading-None Ordinance(s) on First Reading - None Pending Matters/New Matters/Council Discussion Councilwoman Casalino inquired about redesigning the Abe Landau parking lot behind the substation and Councilman Cirilo asked about potential parking behind the battery building on Main Street. At 8:41 p.m., on motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the public meeting was adjourned and the Council entered into an executive session.
