All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 590-18 590-18 Resolution Authorizing a Person to Person Transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License 0722-33-049-008 Pleasantdale Cocktail Lounge, Inc., 609-615 Eagle Rock Avenue, West Orange to Frederic N. Kruvant, 4 Thames Drive, Livingston, NJ On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At 9:03 p.m., on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the public meeting was adjourned. All members present voting “Aye”.
