(Lepore) k. 163-18 Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Raffle Licenses (Clerk) l. 164-18 Resolution Permitting the West Orange Recreation Department to Display Fireworks at West Orange High School (Legal-Moon) This resolution permits the West Orange Recreation Department to display fireworks on July 4, 2018 with a rain date of July 7, 2018 m. 165-18 Resolution Authorizing a Contract to A & J Contractors Group, Inc., 105 Federal Road, Monroe Township, New Jersey 08831 for the Improvement of Curtis Avenue and Garfield Avenue from Curtis Avenue to Hoover Avenue in the Base Bid Amount of $661,454.00 with an Option to Award the Supplemental Bid “A” in the Amount of $33,452.00 within 120 days of award (Lepore) On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the consent agenda was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution(s) Removed from the Consent Agenda Resolution 166-18 166-18 Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Certain Ownership Interests in DGP Urban Renewal, LLC and Prism Green Associates IV, LLC (Legal-Credidio) On motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Council President voting “Aye.” Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay.” Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2545-18 a. On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange – 108 Roosevelt Avenue, 52 Llewellyn Avenue, 132 Watson Avenue, 18 McKinley Avenue was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above - mentioned ordinance was approved on second and final reading. All members voting
