5 On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Resolution 603-18 e. 603-18 Hearing on Renewal for 2018-2019 License Term-Anchor Restaurant, LLC, 0722-33-031- 007 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Casalino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Resolution 604-18 f. 604-18 Hearing on Renewal for 2018-2019 License Term-Harrison Avenue Tavern, Inc. 0722-33- 058-006 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At this time, the ABC Board determined that a Special meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 for the Prosecution of ABC charges for the following: 4 Corners Deli, LLC t/a Don Juan Restaurant, 0722-33-021-003 Anchor Restaurant, LLC t/a Anchor Restaurant, 0722-33-031-007 Las Palmeras, Inc. t/a Las Palmeras Restaurant, 0722-33-045-005 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the ABC hearing was adjourned.
