5 ABC Resolution 607-18 607-18 Hearing on Renewal for 2018-2019 License Term – Angelito’s LLC t/a El Palacio de Pollo 0722-33-039-008 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” At this time, Ken Kayser, Assistant Township Attorney that the Prosecution of ABC Charges listed on tonight’s agenda will be postponed to a future date to be determined. At 10:35 p.m., on motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the ABC hearing was adjourned.
