This Resolution is to enable the mayor to sign the contract update in order to accept funds for the Essex County Division of Senior Services 2012 Grant Update for the partial funding of a Public Health Nurse in the amount of $17,171. The original grant is for a three year period, 2010 – 2012, therefore there is language showing the funding of the Southwest Essex Dental Clinic that operated and received funds in 2010. The dental clinic is closed and is not operating in 2011 or 2012. The 2012 Grant and funding is for the Public Health Nurse only. c. 225-11 Resolution Authorizing a Refund to Crown Castle for Overpayment in the Amount of $66,768.82 d. 226-11 Resolution Authorizing a Deed of Easement and Easement Agreements for 3 West Orange Properties
