A notice of this meeting was mailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on November 19, 2010. A notice of this meeting was also posted on the Bulletin Board in the Municipal Building, West Orange and filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk of the Township of West Orange on November 19, 2010. Statement of Decorum In all matters not provided for in subsection 3-15.1 and except upon consent of the Council President, each person addressing the Council pursuant to this subsection shall be required to limit his or her remarks to five (5) minutes, and shall at no time engage in any personally offensive or abusive remarks. The original agreement is attached along with the amendment to provide physician services for the control of Tuberculosis as required by the State. The cost of the contract is the same as last year. This resolution was amended to add the language “contingent upon the availability of funds to be appropriated in the 2012 municipal budget. l. 295-11 Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Additional AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Equipment in the Amount of $37,130.40 The current number of AED’s will now increase from 44 to 68 to enhance the existing public access locations. m. 296-11 Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of New Pistols and Related Accessories for the West Orange Police Department through a State Contract Vendor for a Total Expenditure of $65,769.45 PULLEDn. 297-11 Resolution Authorizing Changer Order No. 1 and Final in the Amount of $40,312.37 for the

(New Jersey Local Unit Pay-To-Play laws), the Township must award by resolution all goods and services contracts with a dollar amount between $17,500.00 and 36,000.00. These contracts are not bid, but vendors are still responsible to provide political contribution and company disclosure information in order to do business with the Township. 12. ABC Hearing-None 13.
