In response to question from Chairman Weston, Mr. Grygiel stated the recommendation would not designate the area a condemnation area in need of redevelopment. The Board had no questions or comments on the recommendation. Chairman Weston stated Mr. Dwyer had prepared a draft resolution for the recommendation.
