Joycelyn Gayle, 24 Chestnut Road, West Orange also commented on the Jamaican flag raising and invited the West Orange residents to attend. Brian Goldberg, Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange also commented on the E-Ticketing Resolution and stated his concerns to the Township Council.
