6 On motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on August 30, 2011. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #174-11 Resolution Awarding a Contract for the Providing of Recreational Services and Social Services to the Residents of West Orange for the Period of January 1, 2011-December 31, 2011 in the Amount of $2,500 for PTA Project Graduation Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #180-11 Resolution Authorizing a Contract with GTBM, Rutherford, NJ for E-Ticketing Turn Key System Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Resolution #189-11 Resolution Authorizing an Award of Contract to Icon Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a CivicPlus, 317 Houston Street, Suite E, Manhatten, KS 66502 in the Amount of $34,747.00 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Resolution #193-11 Resolution Authorizing Executive Session – Contract Negotiation and Potential Litigation On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council went into Executive Session to discuss matters of Contract Negotiations and Potential Litigation.
