7 All members voting “Aye”. ABC – Update on the 2011-2012 Liquor License with Special Conditions for AMC Theater Richard D. Nasca, Esq., attorney for AMC Theater and the General Manager updated the Township Council on the operation of the theater and stated that the business is doing well; they also responded to questions from Council. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municpal Clerk. On motion made by Councilman Anderton and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the meeting was adjourned at 10:26 P.M. .
