The Board accepted into evidence the following exhibits: A-1 Color rendering of the proposed building A-2 Sheet PB-302 with color 3. Richard S. Schkolnick, Esq. appeared on behalf of the Applicant and introduced the application stating that Applicant is a health care provider which seeks to consolidate the lots, remove all existing structures and construct a 3- story 15,000 sq. fi. medical office building. 4. Eva Turbiner was sworn and identified as the President and CEO of Zufall Health Center, Inc. She testified that Zufall’s mission is to provide medical care and wellness training to those who are underserved. Zufall operates 8 facilities in New Jersey including one located on Northfield Avenue in West Orange for the past 5 years which they have outgrown. The Northfield Avenue facility would be
